English Transcript:

Hi, my name is Jon Knebel and i’m going to be filming my adventure throughout Mexico over the next few months. I hope it will be a completely unique experience of the culture, the food, the people–OK, I don’t know…–and, of course, the language.

I want to show you a sort of bilingual experience in which I’ll be speaking some Spanish and some English but in a way that you’ll understand and it’s using a method that I’ve been developing over the last–almost a decade.

As for me it could get a little lonely though so– you know what–last summer my cousin–he biked across the entire country I even joined him for a little bit from chicago to indiana it was a really great time I think maybe–you know–it’s kind of last minute, and he’s in florida but–what the heck, it couldn’t hurt–might as well send him a text. Let’s see what–what happens.

Well anyway so when I go throughout Mexico the plan is to introduce you to some pronunciation in Monterrey and go to Guadalajara and Mexico City and do some–Connor! What? How did you? Where did you come from?

Let’s go, let’s go, let’s go. Oh no, wait, no. Water, water, water. Jon, you don’t know what I’ve been through.

Looks like I won’t have to travel alone after all. I’m excited about this. It’s going to be fun. I still don’t get how you’re here right now.

Don’t worry about that. Just believe in yourself, Jon. Anything’s possible.

Vamos, vamos, vamos. Oh, no, espera, no. Agua, agua, agua.
